Do you know of any site that posts expected lineups for the next day's games (based in injuries, platoons, and rest days)?

As far as next day lineups go, you kind of have to wing it. Check twitter feeds from various teams or bloggers of teams. Go to the player news at sites like Rotoworld. I would make sure you follow @mlbdepthcharts

Baseball press is a good site but they post lineups as they first go public.

Most important thing is to guess correctly or get early inside info on when "impact" players may sit.

MLBdepthcharts is a great source because they are good with vs LHP and RHP lineups.
